Job Responsibilities
- Seeking tender opportunity
- Attend site briefing before tendering the project
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required
- Obtaining sub-contractor’s quotation for various trade
- Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission.
- Prepare for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview
- Monitoring progress and liaise with vendor
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
- Attend site meeting for on-going project
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.
- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience, preferably in ID industry.
- Knowledge of carpentry work costing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Gebiz or any tender portal would be advantage.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
- Local working experience needed.
