- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with direct employees/sub con if any
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities/manpower in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Monitor and ensure own team of employees/subcontractors comply with specified requirements
- ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
- Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
- Review all method statements of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
- Prepare monthly site reports updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
- Must work in Sub con level contractor
- LTA experience required
- Run the project and controlling of workers ,supervisors
