Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of ingredients for sambal chilli cooking
- Cooking of sambal chilli paste and chilli sauces
- Handle Sauce Operating machine
- Ensure Food Quality is upto standard
- Washing of kitchen equipment after production
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Maintain & ensure the cleanliness of work area
- Adherence to food hygiene and safety
- Ad hoc jobs assigned as needed
