Responsibilities
- Liaise with key suppliers for marketing activities
- Handle sales request for quotation (RFQ).
- Coordinate with sales team to do the order planning to match with customer request delivery.
- Exhausts all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements.
- Expands personal product knowledge to support sales.
- Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible cost.
- Ensures integrity of system information, including cost, resale and packaging.
- Review and approves requests for new part numbers to be added to system.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineer,. Marketing or Business or related field
- Min. 1 years working experience
- Team player and willing to communicate with all levels.
- Good attitude, diligent, attention to the details and willing to learn.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
