Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent service experience to customers
- Guide customers through our menu, offering recommendations and upsell/cross-sell suggestions that cater to their preferences.
- Perform all basic procedures including service, kitchen and cashiering
- Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or Management
Job Requirements
- No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Basic food hygiene & safety certification is preferred
- Minimum secondary school education
- Excellent service aptitude and ability to communicate effectively
