Our client, Contractor for Renovation, Repointing And Restoration, is looking for candidates for the role of Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks accounting system proficiently for accurate financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Generate invoices promptly and accurately for products or services rendered, ensuring adherence to company policies and client agreements.
- Input billing information meticulously into the system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, liaising with clients to provide payment reminders and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Actively participate in maintaining customer records, updating sales databases, and ensuring data completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
Other Information:
· Office located at Yishun
· 5 day work week
· Salary: $2500-$2800 per month
