Job Description:
- Manage and run production operations for live, hybrid or virtual events.
- Assist project manager with handling event productions works and necessary operations planning.
- Plan and execute videography and photography services for both events and content creation projects.
- Plan and execute live streaming camera operation services for events.
- Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
- Planning of event equipment layout and equipment specifications.
- Post production editing works for video content.
- Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
- Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming, which may include tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and leads, and headphones.
- Create animations, visual effects, music and sound effects for post video production.
- Brainstorm for creative ideas for content and develop storyboards for projects.
- Liaise, communicate and collaborate with various vendors regarding different aspects of event production.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Events, Audio Visual, Film, Sound & Video or Media or equivalent
- Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
- Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting production.
- Good knowledge of photography and videography skills
- Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
- Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
- Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and independent.
- Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
- Having design / animation skill is a bonus.
