Responsibilities
Manage all food and Beverage and daily operations within budget
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design menus and purchase of goods
Identify customers need and respond to all of their concern
Recruitment and training of staff
Purchase and control of inventory
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets etc
