Responsibilities:
- Manage the logistics and admin works such as classroom set-up/ arrange mineral water, stationary and notes/ printing
- Bring groups/clients to respective classroom and take photo in class and campus
- Contact and assist IT staff if classroom computer or projector get problem.
- Pack goodies bag (Notebook/ Bear/ Brochure)
- Assist in arranging buffet lunch or dinner for large group at canteen
- Ad-hoc duties assigned to support daily business operation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience on admin, operation and coordination
- Proficiency on Computer Skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Minimum diploma holder in any disciplines
