We are seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant to support senior management and family office operations. This role involves coordinating complex travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and handling personal errands with discretion and professionalism. Ideal candidates possess organizational prowess, discretion, and prior experience in family office settings.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for senior management and family office tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution;
  • Coordinate meticulous travel arrangements, including overseas business trips, ensuring all arrangements are made efficiently and in line with preferences and schedules;
  • Assist in personal assistance work, including organizing exceptional events and managing personal errands, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times;
  • Handle all forms of correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses and accurate information dissemination;
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure smooth workflow, acting as a central point of contact for inquiries and requests;
  • Discreetly handle and prioritize personal errands and requests for senior management, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions;
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain knowledge of family office matters to provide informed support and assistance.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in relevant field;
  • Experience in family office operations, with a strong understanding of the unique demands and requirements of this environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels;
  • Discretion and professionalism are paramount, with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and diplomacy;
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them promptly;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and requirements.
