Position: Account Admin (3 months contract renewable)
Working Location: Tai Seng (HQ)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm/8.30am to 5.30pm/9am to 6pm (flexible)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $2,000-$2,300
Job Scope
Account Payable (AP)
- Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursement, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
- Attend and respond to accounts payable related esquires and matters.
Account Payable (AR)
- Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
- Verification of assigned outlets sales records
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and reconciling issue
Adhoc Duties
- Provide support in various adhoc projects and tasks
- Assist in stock take
- Assist in Audit queries
- Any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance
