Role: Receptionist
Duration: 1 year contract, renewable
Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Job Description:
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling office supplies.
Job requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and previous administrative experience is preferred.
