Job Responsibilities
- Lead a group of BIM Leads, Coordinators and Modellers from design to Construction Stage.
- Plan, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM Plan.
- Assist project teams in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing.
- Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
- Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies.
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced.
- Manage interferences between BIM models of different disciplines (i.e.: architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
- Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
- Provide fundamental and intermediate training to BIM members and related stakeholders.
- Involve in project tendering.
- Well versed in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
- Produce regular updates on BIM implementation schedules and measure the effectiveness of the implementation.
Job Requirements
- At least a Degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of construction/civil engineering experience completing a project > $500M.
- Minimum 10 years of BIM / VDC local project experience, completing a project > $500M.
- Specialist Diploma in BIM.
- Specialist Diploma in VDC.
- Well versed in various BIM Software such as Revit, Fuzor, Naviworks, Solibri, Bentley, VR Collab
- Well versed in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD)
