Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Algorithm Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing and developing state-of-the-art algorithms to create compelling advertising creatives using Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC). As an integral part of our AI team, you will work on challenging problems, developing solutions that scale and optimize ad effectiveness across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced algorithms to automate and enhance the creation of ad creatives using AI and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, marketing specialists, and product managers to define clear requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our ad creative generation processes.
- Implement and test new features in our AIGC systems, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify key insights and translate these into actionable algorithmic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing algorithms in professional settings, preferably related to content generation or digital advertising.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
- PhD in a relevant field with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or in developing products from scratch.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their machine learning-specific tools.
