- Reporting to Deal & Project Governance Leader, to monitor and to review on the proper governance of the Group’s portfolio of deals and projects according to corporate policies
- Analyzing and reporting on projects on their health in terms of financial performance, progress, and customer satisfaction, and supporting Business Heads and PMs to resolve operational issues
- Assist Deal & Project Governance Leader in designing /enhancing and implementing processes and reporting for governing and monitoring the full project lifecycle from deal qualification to project closure
- Coach and work with project managers to ensure internal procedures are properly followed
- Develop and produce analysis and reports for business unit heads and top management
- Develop guidelines, templates, training materials, and other supporting tools to govern internal business operations
- Coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare business requirements and documentation to support business initiatives
- Assist SEA Business operation activities for the operation enhancements and data validations
- Reviewing the reports prepared by other Business operation teams, and giving findings and recommendations.
- Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Develop and maintain operational reports for management
- Analyse business processes and recommend action to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
