As a Concierge/Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience during their stay. From greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, and offering suggestions for local attractions, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly, and professional introduction
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests upon request
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Bellman
- Knowledgeable of Singapore City
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
