Job Responsibilities
· Assisting to HSE manager review WSH inspection checklist, prepare, monitor and execute WSH activities
· Assisting to HSE Manager to co-ordinate emergency response drill
· Maintain, organise and monitor inventory safety related equipment
· Maintain relevant SHS logs and/or in-house OHSAS documentation
· Assisting HSE Manager plan WSH Talks / WSH internal / external training
· Maintain and review Business Continuity Plan (including Emergency Response Plan)
· Provide regular / ad-hoc WSH summary and report
· Ensure all statutory act and regulation, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all staff
· Assisting HSE Manager to prepare RA register
· Work closely with external party (customer) for WSH implementation
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
· Possess with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
· Minimum 3 Years of working experience in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields.
· Clean room experience is an added advantage
· Experiences handling oil and gas project
