Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the electronics and semiconductor sectors.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their business.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain new clients.
- Expand our sales coverage in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia), and South Malaysia.
3. Collaborative Design Integration:
- Work closely with R&D engineers to integrate parts into customer designs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure successful product implementation.
4. Target Achievement:
- Achieve individual and team targets as set by management.
- Work closely with operations and inside sales teams to close sales and meet targets.
Requirements:
1. Sales Experience:
- 3 - 5 Years Experience in electronics components sales is preferred. Candidates with industrial sales experience are also welcome.
2. Educational Background:
- Diploma in Engineering or related fields is preferred, but other qualifications will be considered.
3. Knowledge and Skills:
- Familiarity with component distribution sales is an advantage. Training will be provided for those without this experience.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, to liaise with Chinese suppliers/vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
