Key Accountabilities/Core Competence Indicators:
- Provide full spectrum of general secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
- Management of CEO’s personal calendar and itinerary.
- Scheduling of appointments, meetings and CEO’s movements (travel / vacation dates, etc), and recording these in the Master Shared Calendar.
- Organisation and coordination of all travel arrangements for the CEO which includes preparing itineraries, obtaining travel approvals, visa arrangements, making accommodation, flights and transportation reservations (as per Company’s current business travel policy).
- Ensure effective communication and timely dissemination of information from the CEO on a day to day basis.
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes for management and ad-hoc meetings; monitoring and/or follow up on outstanding items.
- Work closely with Head of Divisions to gather or exchange information for Management reporting and analysis.
- Marketing support.
- Event management (will be part of the Company's organising committees for various events going forward).
- Management and handling of highly confidential documents and information for CEO.
- Any other ad hoc matters delegated by the CEO.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Pleasant disposition and must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Business English is essential. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, skilfully gather and analyse information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise and plan work activities to use time efficiently, commit to given tasks, exercise confidentiality and adhere to deadlines.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and is a team player, as will be a part of Events Committee.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
