Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Teacher in implementing the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
- Assist the Teacher in checking primary school children (primary 1 to 5) daily homework and ensure completion of daily homework.
- Assist the teacher in conducting MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.
- Assist the teacher in implementing positive, robust classroom routines and practices to maintain classroom discipline.
- Maintain and build relationships with children.
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre
- Ensure safety of children within the premises
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director/Centre Manager
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or A Level
- Possess good communication and classroom management skills is a must.
- Able to check and guide in doing primary school subjects homework.
- Proficient in Chinese Language will be an advantage.
- Experience with handling special needs care children will be an advantage.
- Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
- Experience in childcare or student care setting are welcome to apply.
- Available to work on weekdays afternoon (2-7pm)
