Customer Service & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries from new and existing customers via phones, emails and other sources
  • Uploading and generating data reports, data entry and filing duties
  • Coordination with delivery and maintenance team to ensure efficient operations of the department
  • Record daily sales and cash reportings
  • Update maintenance reports to Operations manager
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to Management
  • Documentation for audits and commission payable details
  • Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Strong team player, independent and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Patient and able to handle customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to multi-task with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
