Chateraise Premium YATSUDOKI is looking for Assistant Pastry Chef* (Patisserie)
<Job Description>
· Decorate and bake pastries using different icings, toppings – ensure the presentation is consistent and beautiful
· Ensure all cake case and bake case are fully stocked at all times
· maintain standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation, scheduling and decoration
· Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
· Perform day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently
· Assist in shop operation duties such as cashiering, customer service, topping up etc
· Opening and closing of outlet
· Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
<Job Requirements>
· Minimum 1 year experience in related field
· Passion for pastries with exceptional service standards and attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
· Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to work as part of a team
· Willing to learn and is teachable
· Have the initiative to solve problems and raise awareness to any future and possible issues with the workplace, colleagues or work flow
· 5 days work week, 44hours/day, shift work up to 10.30pm, including weekends and PH
· Work location: Millenia Walk
· Local or PR Only (No work Quota)
