Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Electronics & Assembly Sales Manager to create personalized customer roadmaps that address individual customer needs and goals.
- Actively identifies potential new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying informed about industry trends.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of key customers, including preparing and providing accurate quotations, processing orders efficiently, and resolving any complex issues that may arise.
- Conducts regular visits to targeted customers to build strong relationships and establish rapport.
- Responds to product complaints and suggestions from customers by investigating the issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that any necessary changes or improvements are implemented.
- Shares and imparts technical knowledge, skills, and experience with customers through comprehensive technical consultations.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement Degree Engineering / Business
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in Electrical Automation industry/Industrial Automation.
