This is a 10-month contract based onsite in Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and provide assistance to other partner managers in executing effective partner management strategies
- Develop and implement program/project plans and, timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program/project goals and objectives are met
- Manage risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies as needed
- Monitor program/project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program/project outcomes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in partner/project/program management, with a proven track record of success
- Preferably candidates coming from Service provider companies, subscription-based companies, API business messaging solutions. Big Tech/eComm with partnerships background can also be considered.
- Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
- Strong execution and project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
