Work Location: Central Region, Singapore
Working Hours: 8.5 hours after clocking in (1 hour break)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new product releases and restock requests, following internal shipping guidelines
- Oversee the import process for finished goods from the country of origin to the local warehouse
- Coordinate with the local warehouse to organize products for picking and packing
- Manage the complete export process of company’s products to various stakeholders across the distributor network
- Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and international warehouses; conduct regular cycle counts and disposals
- Communicate with third-party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costs for raw materials import shipments
- Work closely with the Events Team to ship promotional materials promptly and accurately
- Pick, pack, and arrange courier shipments
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and optimize logistics costs
- Manage third-party logistics providers; assist in implementing logistics processes, monitor performance, and ensure maintenance of service level commitments and costs
- Verify billing invoices from third-party logistics providers
- Prepare and distribute a product availability report to stakeholders every two weeks
- Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Must hold at least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a logistics customer service role or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in import and export procedures for Air & Sea freight
- Familiar with Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in data analysis, task management, and generating ideas
- Possesses a positive attitude and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platforms
- Proactive in anticipating and effectively resolving issues
- Willing to work in a warehouse when required
- Open to working on some weekends/public holidays for company events
