Junior Project Executive
- 5 Days 9am-6pm
- Salary: $2,200-$3,000

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the supporting of design drawings, submissions paperwork and implementation projects assigned, including but not limited to conceptual design, drawing proposal preparation, design development, and ensuring compliance with government authorities. You will also be assisting superior to prepare and review tender contracts and provide necessary documents for clearance from building management and authorities, and follow up on relevant matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the superior with design conceptual, drawings, and project submission
- Reports on tasks and project progress to the superior.
- Assist the superior communicate with the customer, contractor, and others relevant concerning the fire safety system.
- Assist and support superior on attending site meetings, conducting site inspections, and following up on related matters.
- Assist in review proper governance and compliance in all projects.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- ITE,Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline are welcome
- Knowledge in 3D Max/ Sketch Up & AutoCAD drafting and project management processes/documentation.
