- Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when requested
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of standing and working continuously for over 8 hours.
