HR Executive
- Location: Chin Bee Ave, Singapore (Near to Boon Lay MRT)
- 5Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- $3000 to $3500
Requirements:
- Relevant experiences
- At least diploma in Human resource management or equivalent
Job Scope (Responsibilities):
- Facilitate recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage work passes and renewal processes
- Understanding MOM & Government regulations and make recommendations to management so that company is in compliance with Singapore law.
- Handle full spectrum of daily Human resource administration
- To administer leave and medical leave records and claims for outlet employees.
- Analyse and review the pattern of employee medical leave.
- Carry responsibilities in function areas like compensation & benefits, training, staff welfare and safety & health
- Attends to employees’ queries, grievances and complaints and provides guidance accordingly
- Assist to develop employee handbook
- Assist to refine employee performance review framework, and deployment
- Administer full spectrum of payroll administration
- Handle queries in regard to payroll and Human resource matters
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports
- Responsible for income tax submission and IR8A preparation, for outlet employees
- Liaise and deal with insurance for yearly renewal as well as administer work injury compensation matters and claims and handle all insurance submission and follow-up on claims
- Ensure all relevant documents are properly maintained and up to date.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
