We're looking for a talented and motivated Salon Operations Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our salon's daily operations, ensuring a positive experience for both our clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team with exceptional customer service.
- Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
- Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.Manage salon operations to ensure smooth daily workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement systems to optimize scheduling, inventory control, and client flow.
- Oversee staff performance, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees.
- Monitor salon budget and implement cost-saving measures.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement new initiatives to enhance the salon experience.
- Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in salon operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with salon software a plus.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
