Job Description
- Coordinate with Centres' social workers and Nurses for all the attendance to process client invoices
- Verify client record in teh system and ensure all information are updated accurately for invoicing etc
- Assists in the application for SMF devices as and when required
- Maintain proper filing of client documents, submission of reports, claims, documentation, or statistics etc
- Assist with internal and external audits on Annual ILTC Subvention / IHDC and SMF
- Coordinate with all procuement matters, support Home Care team
- Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirement
- NITEC / Diploma in Business Admintration or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in social service sector
- Preferably with relevant experience in MOH / AIC subvention claims
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Computer Savvy
- Good team player with a pleasant disposition and physically fit
- Respect and communicates well with the team
