Main Responsibilities:
· Manage and train all Cruise specialist.
· Development of various fly cruise and home port products.
· Liasing with cruise and land operators.
· Keep track of all Cruise specialist performance.
· To manage company sales target.
· Prepare itinerary and sales kit for enquiry including air ticket, tour, cruise and insurance
· Product creativity
· Oversee operations include booking and confirmation, and issue voucher
· Provide marketing support on advertising.
· Manage sponsorships
· Management reporting ( weekly/monthly )
Experience & Skills:
· Computer skills for GDS System, OB system and Microsoft Office
· Good General Cruise Knowledge
· Hands-on experience in worldwide air-ticketing and customized travel
· Ability to provide excellent customer service
· Strong follow up skills
· Ability to support
· Has min 2-5 years of relevant experience
· With good relationships of existing cruise, land and flight operators.
· Good management skills and ability to support company directives
· Excellent EQ and IQ.
