Overview
The incumbent will be part of the team responsible for strategizing, shaping, and driving key initiatives in Alexandra Hospital. He/she will work closely with AH senior management in driving planning and execution. This includes assisting or leading in matters pertaining to corporate planning, performance tracking and hospital-level initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and maintain corporate partnerships and / or business development, including liaising with insurance companies and private-class patients
- Support engagement activities with business partners on direct billing arrangement.
- Attend to patient enquiries and requests for appointments within the stipulated service level agreement.
- Review processes on direct billing to ensure efficiency.
- Support transformation of health and healthcare in the role of AH Business Partner to NUHS Centres
- Manage and coordinate overall NUHS Centres’ budget and manpower needs during the annual budget exercise and ensure timely submission to NUHS Finance and NUHS HR teams.
- Support NUHS Centres publicity effort including maintaining NUHS Centres website in collaboration with NUHS Strategic Communications team to meet the target deadline for updates and scheduled migration.
- Support administrative matter including secretariat duties.
- Plan and execute the transition of the current Alexandra Hospital campus to the new site as part of IGH Programme Office
- Manage and monitor relevant IGH Programme Office activities to ensure adherence to timeline.
- Support administrative matters including project management, status reporting and secretariat duties in a timely and well-coordinated manner.
- Support new strategic initiatives or corporate planning tasks as assigned by senior management
- Facilitate the development of actionable plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress of implementation and provide appropriate updates to senior management.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience working in Healthcare, Project Management, Business Development or Corporate Planning. Post-graduate qualifications would be advantageous.
- Has experience working in Healthcare (in the areas of Clinical / Operations), Project Management, Business Development and / or Corporate Planning.
- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within planned deadlines.
- Has initiative, humility, and resilience in fluid and evolving work conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
