Job Description & Requirements
1.) Management of vehicle life cycle
2.) Fleet maintenance including monitoring, scheduling and calendar management
of routine servicing
3.) Regulatory compliance
4.) Management of vehicular repair, billing and insurance
5.) Recommending for employee’s welfare and disciplinary action
6.) Budgeting and cost control
7.) Any other duties assigned
Minimum Education/Qualifications
GCE O Level/ Diploma in any field
Minimum Years/Type Of Experience
At least 3 years of proven supervisory experience in customer service, fleet management, or a similar role within the automotive or rental industry
Technical Competencies
1.) Valid CLASS 3 driver's license
2.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other online collaboration tools
3.) Relevant product and market intelligence/ knowledge (Including legislation)
4.) Relevant network in the automotive industries

1.) Team leadership and management
2.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and manage relationships effectively
