Responsibilities
- Attend to customers, take body measurements, and visit customer premises when required.
- Coordinate fitting/measurement exercises, prepare data entry, and update customers on delivery status and stock levels monthly.
- Check and place orders to suppliers, arrange/prepare labels, chips, and fabrics, and purchase necessary materials.
- Arrange and coordinate production, conduct quality control, ensure product accuracy, and provide feedback to factories.
- Source new suppliers, factories, and customers; negotiate pricing with suppliers, prepare BOM, and propose product pricing.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, create and visualize designs using CAD programs, and prepare technical specifications for smooth production.
- Prepare documents and samples for new tenders, design websites or catalogs, and travel when necessary.
Requirement
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Skilled in drawing fashion illustrations and technical flats.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Relevant work experience is highly advantageous.
