Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Management team;
- Attend business meetings with the Management team; take meeting minutes and follow up.
- Prepare and translate business correspondences, reports, presentations and proposals.
- Plan, organize and coordinate special events, and monitor/report events progress.
- Reply and follow up on emails, writing letters, and prepare documents/contracts for HR Director, assist in daily tasks or any special duty when needed.
- Able to work late and work during weekend.
Requirements
- Good writting skill.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Sharepoint, Teams, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing sofeware.
- Independent and able to multi task.
- Strong organization, presentation and time management skills.
