Location: Seletar (Transport Provided)
Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $4000 + AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, minutes meeting, answering phone calls, and organizing project data.
- Preparing and organizing project documents such as contracts, permits, specifications, and plans.
- Communicating with project stakeholders including managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure they are aware of project timelines, goals, and requirements.
- Collecting, reviewing, and tracking project progress and performance reports.
- Updating project schedules and timelines as necessary and preparing reports that highlight project status and key metrics.
- Ensuring that project documentation is properly filed and readily accessible for those who need to access it.
- Coordinating with vendors to purchase supplies and materials for the construction projects.
- Assist in creating and managing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure that all costs fall within the budget allocated for the project.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assisting the project team in any other duties that may arise to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Construction / Facilities Management / M&E Industry
- Knowledge in construction industry
