You will work closely with companies & clients to understand their goals for the year and partner with them to provide the right talents and just in time solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing recruitment of as per the demand of the organization and clients.
- Leading a regional team focused on delivering across functions with a focus on Technology and Engineering.
- Providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Managing vendor relationships and keeping abreast of the market.
- Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval.
- Negotiate candidate offers, research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.
- Must have experience in the same domain and industry .
