As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with experienced team members on various projects, contributing to the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Commodity Trading solutions for new clients. This role involves understanding and documenting client requirements, identifying gaps, and collaborating with internal teams to design solutions and implement trading products to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
- Learn and document client requirements
- Participate in the design and configuration of interfaces to other applications
- Support SIT/UAT/Go-Live processes
- Train end users and provide ongoing production L1/L2 support
- Adhere to the organization's delivery standards, procedures, and policies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Work flexible hours/different time zones/hybrid setups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp information quickly
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel, if required
