Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Directors
- Provide full administrative/secretarial support to the Director, business support (including travel arrangements,
- managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc)
- Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely
- Assist Directors in monitoring all payment schedule
- Assist Director on monitoring, follow ups and updates on task assigned to employees
- Consolidate reports from all departments on a routine.
- Prepare reports in Excel, Word or PowerPoint format
- Take minutes and follow up
- Assist in daily operation, HR, admin, accounting work and etc.
- Assist in daily translation work
- Preparation and submit for petty cash claim for Director’s expenses.
- Gather information for external or respective parties, eg. Sub-contractor on their queries and/or collaboration
- Support on any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Business Management or any other field
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Skilled at Microsoft Words, Excel and/or PowerPoint
- Detailed and have strong execution skills
- Able to multi task, task oriented & prioritized well
- Pleasant looking
- Organized & a team player
- Independent & meticulous
- Good in organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, dependable, discreet, and diplomatic.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Possess own vehicle & class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
