This position reports to the Director. You will be responsible to provide assistance to clients and customers regarding energy solutions. You must help organizations manage the project with our engineers and Consultants to develop such solution comply with the local agencies and authorities and also be effective in earning profits.
In addition, the ability to communicate effectively and confidently is a bonus. As you may meet up with customers, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills is an advantage. A good team player and the ability to work/ perform under pressure.
The operational procedures and techniques of organizations must be of the best possible quality and the Project Manager with company must assist clients with required resources so as to help manage the best standards of quality within the organizational structure.
1. Monitor each projects and ensure all staffs are working to their best standards and aligned with the job delegated to them. Assist in operational works such as creation of business plans and marketing efforts that customers can use to improve business and productivity
2. Ensure all plannings and progress of projects are done within the stipulated time. Monitor progress and make sure it is done in consideration of customer's requirements and needs.
3. Liaise with customers and understand what the objectives are and what results they would like to achieve. Negotiate on terms and conditions when necessary.
4. Ensure that all sites and projects are in place and in order, all manpower and materials are ready.
Responsibilities:
- manage projects for Energy Conversion Related Project (range from To S$1M to 3M) for ESS( Energy Storage System), Solar, IDC, Power Plant for Telecom Exchange, Data Centre, commercial building etc.
- To conduct site surveys, costing and design proposal to meet client’s demand and budget.
- To perform Project co-ordination in Electrical AC & DC Installation related to Energy conversion Product.
- To execute Project and to ensure projects schedule are able to meet the client requirement.
- To develop plan/strategies to secure important account locally.
- To conduct market surveys and explore new product/solution to meet
fast growing industrial/Energy market.
- To identify and response to Tender & Quotations; market and sell Power Conversion related products (such as Energy Storage System, Li ion batteries, Rectifier and AC UPS) in industrial/Energy Market.
- To Conduct training to clients.
