Job Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service support for Advantest’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales customer management and support.
- Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
- Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with the Service Sales team.
- Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
- Provide technical inputs to the factory for product improvements/new designs.
- Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
- Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer’s factory automation systems.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Mechatronics /Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in servicing automated production equipment, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Possess Data-driven problem-solving skills and a quality mindset.
- Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements.
- Knowledge in smart factory and production solutions, especially in device handling and thermal control
- Some experience in project management is preferred.
- Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skills, self-motivated, customer focus and result-oriented.
- Occasional travel is required, sometimes on short notice.
