Job Requirement:-
- Develop and execute high quality corporate office / F&B / Retail design concept
· Develop 2D drawings and 3D perspectives for project submission assigned by designer's specifications.
· Prepare Constructions and detail drawings with applicable software.
· Prepare all project-required documents.
· Prepare material board and presentation board for presentation.
· Create and formulate design presentation strategies.
· Enjoy client-facing presentations with excellent client liaison skills.
· Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline, budget and program.
· Ability to coordinate material and colour selection, interior construction administration and installation.
· To be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
· Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project.
· Prepare Constructions and detail dwgs with applicable software.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate / F&B / Retail interior design and interior architecture with strong portfolio.
· Possess excellent design flair, highly creative with a good eye for design details.
· Work with speed and meet project deadlines.
· Passionate about corporate office / F&B / Retail interior design and public spaces.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, 3ds Max, Vray, Rhino, Microsoft Office.
· Good communication skills.
· Able to work as a team.
· Self-motivated
· Basic knowledge of construction, technical renovations works, space planning and material understanding would be an added advantage.
