Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of shipping documentations and coordinate delivery arrangements with customers
- Ensure all shipping documentation, booking requirements and other information required are complete for verification and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with department regarding shipment-related matters to ensure a smooth operation throughout the shipping process.
- Handle walk-in customers/suppliers and assist in preparing payment documentations.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure the accuracy of shipment information in the in-house system.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and documents based on projects.
- Support other departments handling general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned
- 5 days’ work week. Tuesday to Saturday - 9:00 am to 6:00pm
Job Requirements
- Minimum Nitec/O’ level and above qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Experience in Import/Export trading and shipping administrative work preferred
- Able to start work on short notice.
