Translated to “your home” in Italian, Casa Vostra is an Italian concept initiated with a simple goal of offering perfected Italian cuisine staples suited for fast-paced modern living. In collaboration with Ebb & Flow group, we are set to open our first physical location, taking over the McDonald’s unit at the ground floor of Raffles City Shopping Centre. It is envisioned to be a spot for Italian immersion - be it through a quick sit-down or grab-and-go meal, gourmet Italian goods curated by the pizza maestro himself, with live pizza and pasta making for a feel of dining at an quintessentially Italian home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations on specified stations
- Ensure high-quality food by overseeing the procurement and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Train team members on menu preparation.
- Contribute to developing specials and new food products.
- Enforce sanitation and safety standards to comply with local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Honing their craft to be a culinary professional
- Good understanding of the preparations and storage of ingredients
