We have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join us as a Legal Secretary. The selected candidate will be part of a highly effective team managing the intellectual property portfolios of prominent local and international clients. There will also be opportunities for the selected candidate to provide support in the administrative and secretarial aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
Requirements
1. At least one year of experience working in a law practice, in-house legal department or intellectual property firm.
2. GCE "O" or "A" levels or Diploma in any field.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially word and excel.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
5. Organised and attentive to details.
6. Good team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and secretarial support to lawyers.
- Managing database records and monitoring deadlines.
- File management and invoicing.
- Filing of official forms on IPOS Digital Hub relating to trade mark, patent and design applications.
- Drafting of correspondence and documents.
