Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Product Specialist to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.
Duties of Field Service Engineer:
- Deliver after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory and research equipment.
- Offer technical guidance and consultation to clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Compile and submit detailed service reports.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- 1 - 2 years experience in life science industry
- Possess vaild Class 3 drving license and own transport is an added advantage
