Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to complete works within specified timeframes.
- Resolve site issues with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties.
- Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with main contractors' representatives, including attending site coordination meetings.
- Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with supervisors according to the master schedule.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure adherence to targeted schedules, productivity levels, quality standards, and quantities.
- Enforce and monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations by all supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare shop drawings, "AS-Built" drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities for the project.
- Track, monitor, and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials, and "AS-Built" drawings.
- Coordinate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and resolve any clashes before construction.
- Attend all Tools Box meetings and safety meetings.
