A global leader in the adhesives, coatings, thermal management materials, motion management devices and sensing technologies for the aerospace, automotive and industrial markets is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key customers
- Handle full spectrum of order fulfilment; process sales order and invoices in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Draft and prepare sales documents, quotations, proposals, reports and other relevant correspondence
- Compile and report statistics based on consolidated information and calculations
- Liaise with external customers to ensure queries on product availability, prices, status of order and delivery status are dealt with a prompt and accurate manner
- Coordinate and work closely with internal counterparts e.g. material planning, manufacturing, engineering, shipping and finance team to resolve any customers’ complaints
- Ensure up-to-date customers’ records are maintained
- Maintain sales commission and expense records
- Generate regular sales reports and forecast analysis to the management
- Recommend process improvements when necessary
- Assist to organize and participate in customer/ sales meeting and trade shows when required
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in Supply Chain/ Business/ Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in customer service/ sales administration/ logistics/ shipping
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in SAP is advantageous
