· This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of individuals by collaborating closely with law enforcement agencies and social media platforms to remove scam-related content.
· Key responsibilities of this position include:
· Monitoring and facilitating take-down requests from law enforcement agencies to the appropriate platforms.
· Developing and implementing search strategies to proactively identify and remove fraudulent postings targeting Singaporean users.
· Collaborating with internal and external teams to establish efficient workflows for reporting and handling fraudulent activity.
· Building and maintaining relationships with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to aid in the investigation and prosecution of cybercriminals.
· Staying informed about emerging trends and tactics used by fraudsters on social media, and continuously refining detection and prevention methods.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma holders and fresh graduates, with a preference for past work experience in campus/events planning or recruitment.
· Strong ownership, proactive mindset, conceptual thinking, and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
