Business Operations Support (Northeast/1 Year Contract/Up to $4000)
In this position, the Business Operations Support will work very closely with the sales, marketing, and clinical team to achieve the following;
1. Sample Management
• Manage loose samples in accordance with GDPMDS, including tracking and pest control
• Provide requested samples to sales/marketing team
• Provide updates for internal audits
2. Contract Management:
• Tender tracking
• Price upload for contract items
3. SKU Management:
• Creation of new SKU
• Phase-In and Phase-Out SKU management, including price upload
4. Raise Shopping Cart (e-Purchase Requisition) and close orders
5. Any other assigned roles
Requirements
1. Marketing/business support experience in any field. Similar experience within a multinational corporation would be advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skill. Good with excel.
5. Good attention to details
